Hand selected by the team of Stolen Goods at Spring Mill Distillery in Guelph, Ontario, One Last Stand is a Canadian single barrel whisky drawn from a mashbill of malted barley, unmalted barley, and wheat.
Distilled on a column still and finished through a pot still, the spirit was matured for five and a half years in a single first fill Buffalo Trace bourbon barrel before being bottled at 48% Alc/Vol.
224 bottles made.
We will be offering the first 100 bottles at our cost of $70 + hst.
Once the first 100 are sold we will be selling the rest at $85 + hst.
Bottles will be available for in store pick up beginning the week of July 15th.
